People are amazingly complex and so is behavioral science research – details and subtleties matter, and we try to respect that.
Insight
We are relentless in our research and analysis, all in pursuit of distilling complex research into actionable insights.
Action
With us, research isn't the end but rather the means to improving human performance in the workplace.
Humility
Understanding human behavior is a complex task that requires an open-minded approach. We stay humble and expect to adjust our thinking.
Feedback
We believe continuous improvement starts with open dialogue. We actively listen to our community, embracing feedback as a tool for improvement.
The Genesis of Our LogoÂ
Our logo isn’t decorative; it’s a visual representation of how we think. Each element reflects the core principles behind the Applied Scholar system: translating rigorous research into practical, real-world frameworks. Explore how the mark evolved alongside our methodology and what it symbolizes about our approach to applied behavioral science.
The Overlap
The overlapping rings represent the synthesis of research and practice.
The Spark
The spark represents the ignition point, when theory becomes action and frameworks become outcomes.
The LogoÂ
Together, these features encode the Applied Scholar philosophy; evidence and application are inseparable, and insight only matters when it leads to action.
